Bluffton, SC  (May 2009) OneCARE, an online training and product support company specializing in web based self-service product support solutions announces the new E-Z-GO Battery Training Center. The training site, which offers a unique presentation of media choices including text, photos, animation and video is designed to enhance the learning process for the technician, salesperson, customer service rep and owner of E-Z-GO electric vehicles. The site also allows owners of E-Z-GO vehicles to quickly learn about proper maintenance of golf car batteries in their fleets, using tips and tools that can maximize battery lifespan, increase energy efficiency and ultimately reduce a facility’s impact on the environment.  

The training site is multi-lingual (English/Spanish) and includes training in proper watering of batteries, regular battery inspection and testing procedures, battery storage procedures, proper wiring and mounting of battery charges and management of energy usage. Each module is designed to include a brief quiz to test the user’s mastery of the material.

The Training Center is available 24 hours a day allowing E-Z-GO fleet owners to train their maintenance personnel at their own pace and as part of their regular work routines.
